Logs, dumps and code help most, along with a plain-words account of what happened. Upload the files that hold the answers and describe the event in your own words. The form also has an optional field for what the problem is costing you and how urgent it is. Sending your files is free.
The upload form on the home page asks for your name, your email and, optionally, your company. It then asks what system this is and what happened. Last, you add your files. Your engagement letter arrives by email, and a free account lets you track the case from intake to report.
| File type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Archives | ZIP, TAR, 7Z and RAR |

The limit is 500 MB per file and 2 GB per case. ZIP, TAR, 7Z and RAR archives are on the accepted list, so you can send related files together.
Everything you send is treated as confidential. A mutual NDA is available on request: reply to your engagement letter to ask for one. Intake is free, and the engagement letter arrives by email right away.
