Delithius Labs Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 7, 2026
This policy explains what delithiuslabs.org and the Delithius Labs Android app (org.delithiuslabs.app on Google Play) collect and how we use it. The Site is run by Delithius Labs LLC, Goldsboro, North Carolina. Questions? Email admin@delithiuslabs.org.
The short version: we collect what you give us to look at your case or deliver your order. Your data stays yours: it is private and unsold, and the Site runs free of ad trackers and analytics scripts.
1. What we collect
- Account details: name, email, and a password. Your password is stored as a secure one-way hash, so the password itself stays with you.
- Intake details: name, email, company, system description, symptoms, urgency, and the files you upload.
- Chat messages: what you type into "Ask us anything."
- Payment details: some purchases on the website, such as The Thompson Talisman and the Grant Ready Kit, are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe collects and processes your card details under its own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy. We receive the order details we use to deliver your order, such as your name, email, and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe: we do not see or store full card numbers. Forensic audit deposits arrive by wire at our bank, and we match each wire to your case using the case ID in the reference.
- Technical details: your IP address helps keep the Site safe from abuse (rate controls on sign-up, uploads, and chat), and our web host keeps standard server logs.
The Android app: the Delithius Labs app on Google Play opens this Site in Chrome (a Trusted Web Activity), so everything in this policy applies to the app too, and the app collects nothing beyond it. Inside the app, the Talisman and Grant Ready Kit buy buttons are hidden and there are no in-app purchases of digital goods; forensic audits are professional services paid by wire outside the app.
2. Cookies and browser storage
We use one sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for up to 7 days. It is marked secure and HTTP-only, so page scripts have no access to it. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
The Site also keeps a few settings in your browser's own storage, and none of them identify you: a flag that tells the page it is open inside the Android app (cleared when the app or tab closes), a note that you have seen the tour on The Thompson Talisman page, and an offline copy of the home page and app icon so the app still opens without a connection. Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies for payment security and fraud prevention, under Stripe's privacy policy.
The Site loads its fonts from Fontshare (by Indian Type Foundry). The Thompson Talisman page also loads fonts from Google Fonts and page styling from the Tailwind CSS content network (cdn.tailwindcss.com). Those servers can see your IP address and browser details.
3. How we use it
- to review your intake and, if you engage us, do the work and deliver the report;
- to send your engagement letter, updates, and report by email;
- to answer your questions;
- to deliver what you buy and match your wire deposit to your case;
- to keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.
4. Who helps us
| Service | Why | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Our web host (a US-based web hosting company; data is stored in the United States) | Hosts the Site, database, and uploaded files | Everything stored on the Site |
| Email (SMTP on our host) | Sends engagement letters, updates, and reports | Your email address and the message |
| Stripe (payments) | Processes card payments for The Thompson Talisman and the Grant Ready Kit on Stripe-hosted checkout pages, under Stripe's privacy policy | Your card details, name, email, and order. We receive the order details; we do not see or store full card numbers |
| Mercury (our bank) | Receives wire deposits; we check incoming wires to match cases | Wire details you send through your bank |
| AI chat provider | The "Ask us anything" chat is not connected to an AI provider today. If we enable one, we will list it here first, and your content stays out of AI training | Your chat messages alone; your uploaded files stay with us |
| Fontshare, Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS | Fonts and page styling (Google Fonts and Tailwind CSS on The Thompson Talisman page) | Your IP address and browser details |
| Google Play (Android app store) | Distributes the Delithius Labs Android app | What Google Play collects when you install and update the app, under Google's own privacy policy; we see summary statistics such as install counts |
Your information stays yours: private and unsold. Beyond the services above, we share it solely when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety.
5. How long we keep it
- Intakes that stay at the intake stage: set to be deleted after 90 days, with their files. You can also ask us to delete them sooner.
- Chat messages: deleted on the same 90-day schedule.
- Engaged and paid cases: kept as business and financial records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Accounts: until you ask us to close yours.
6. Your choices
Email admin@delithiuslabs.org to see, correct, or delete your information or close your account. This works the same for accounts made on the website and in the Android app. Some records may be kept where the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, secure cookies, and rate controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we hold no security certification. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires, including under the North Carolina Identity Theft Protection Act.
8. Children
The Site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Changes
We will post any update here with a new date, and email account holders about important changes.
