Delete your OmegaTruth account

You are in control of your family history. To delete your OmegaTruth account and the information in it, choose the path that suits you.

In the app

1. Open OmegaTruth and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and its information are removed.

By email

Write to admin@delithiuslabs.org from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my OmegaTruth account. We confirm your request by reply and finish within 30 days, usually right away.

What is removed

• Your sign-in and profile
• Your History Buddy chats
• Your family tree entries
• Your Vault photos and documents
• Your progress details

Backups clear within 30 days.

What stays

Records the law asks us to keep, if any exist. OmegaTruth is free, so it holds no payment records.

Remove just one item

To remove an individual photo, document, or tree entry while keeping your account, or to request a copy of your information, write to admin@delithiuslabs.org.
